Ermila Rodriguez-Adair

Ermila Rodriguez-Adair is an experienced professional in social work and mental health, currently serving as an MSW Adjunct Instructor at Portland State University since September 2021. In this role, Ermila has taught courses on Trauma-Informed Care and skills for the helping process. As a co-founder of With the End in Mind, LLC, Ermila focuses on addressing and dismantling systemic oppression and promoting collaborative change. Additionally, Ermila works as a Qualified Mental Health Professional with Portland Public Schools, providing essential resources and support for students and families in crisis. Prior to these roles, Ermila held various positions including Systems of Care & Wraparound Trainer/Consultant at Portland State University and several roles at Oregon Family Support Network, emphasizing bilingual and bicultural support. Ermila holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Human Services, Spanish, and Ethnic Studies from the University of Oregon.
