Heather Nasca Dulin

Heather Nasca Dulin is an experienced educator and marketing professional. Currently serving as an ELA, Drama, Technology, and AVID Teacher at Portland Public Schools since August 2019, Heather has previously worked as a Substitute Teacher for ESS and held various marketing leadership roles, including Corporate Vice President of Digital Strategy at New York Life Insurance Company. During Heather's tenure at New York Life, significant accomplishments included optimizing a $35M marketing budget and enhancing digital marketing strategies that led to increased sales and ROI. Heather also has extensive experience in managing client relations and multimedia projects, showcased during the role as Senior Project/Account Manager at MediaLab Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Teaching from George Fox University and a Bachelor's degree in English and Communications from Purdue University.
