Jennifer Fields is an experienced educational and mental health professional with a diverse background in counseling, teaching, and program development. Currently a Social Skills Coach at IRL Social Skills, Jennifer employs the UCLA PEERS program to support neurodivergent individuals in online settings. As a Qualified Mental Health Provider with Portland Public Schools, Jennifer works in a therapeutic classroom, providing vital support to students. Previous roles include serving as a School Counselor at Century High School, where Jennifer facilitated college and career readiness, and co-founding the Mt Pleasant Discovery Museum to promote exploratory play for children. Jennifer’s teaching experience spans various educational institutions, including positions as an Adjunct Instructor and Montessori teacher, with a strong commitment to bridging educational and career opportunities for underrepresented adolescents. Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Counselor Education from Lewis & Clark College and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Western Michigan University.
