Sara Berscheit

Sara Berscheit has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sara began their career as an Intern/Project Manager at Northern Arizona Regional Behavioral Health Authority - NARBHA in 2005. Sara then worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Northern Arizona University, Social Research Laboratory from 2005 to 2007.

In 2006, Sara joined the Oregon Department of Education as a Data Analyst. Over the years, they worked their way up and held various positions including Senior Data Analyst, Senior Business System Analyst, Business Analyst Team Lead, and Interim Director of Application Development. Sara was with the Oregon Department of Education until 2014.

From 2014 to 2016, Sara worked as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at TEKsystems. Sara then joined Portland Public Schools in 2016 and served as a Senior Business Systems Analyst before transitioning to the role of Principal Analytics and Evaluation Analyst in 2017. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing school staffing and generating reports for senior leadership.
