Tom Odgers

Tom Odgers, MBA has a diverse range of work experience. Tom has served as the Director of Maintenance Operations at Portland Public Schools since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Program Director at Alamogordo Public Schools from 2020 to 2022, where they developed a student citizenship program and specialized in Aerospace Science and Leadership Education. From 2008 to 2020, Tom worked at the United States Air Force as the Chief Operating Officer/Director of Operations. In this role, they led a team of over 2000 professionals across multiple departments and managed a budget of over $15 billion. Tom also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 2015 to 2018, where they trained and mentored prospective Air Force officers.

Tom Odgers, MBA has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Trident University International. Tom also holds a Master of Military Operational Art and Science degree in Military and Strategic Leadership from the USAF Air Command and Staff College. Additionally, Tom has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminology from Park University.
