George Vaughan has over two decades of experience in leadership and management roles, primarily focused on donor relations and business development at the Portland Rescue Mission since 2009. As Manager of Donor Relations, Vaughan has successfully initiated and developed a catering business that has tripled monthly sales. In the role of Director of Partnership Ministries, responsibilities include overseeing major donor communications, managing a team, and directing client retention efforts. Previously, Vaughan served as Advertising Director at the Portland Business Journal, leading a high-performing sales team, and as Publisher of Clackamas Review & Oregon City News, where sales increased significantly under management. George Vaughan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Nichols College.
