Krystal Perez is a seasoned Community Life Pastor at Portland Rescue Mission since June 2020, responsible for overseeing spiritual formation experiences for women at Shepherd's Door, including classes, Community Life Services, and a weekly Discipleship Bible study. Previously, from October 2011 to November 2019, Krystal served as Worship Arts Pastor at New Life Community Church, where oversight included recruiting, training, scheduling, and caring for a volunteer team of over 90 musicians and production personnel, while also providing pastoral care to women, couples, young adults, and families.
