Isabel Bates

Isabel Bates is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, law, and the arts. Currently serving as an Education Assistant at Portland Stage since January 2023 and as a Paralegal/Senior Administrative Assistant at BATES LAW FIRM, LLC since December 2022, Isabel has also gained marketing and development experience during an internship at Theater at Monmouth in the summer of 2023. Previous roles include bartending at Hilton Hotels & Resorts and working as an Editorial Intern at Islandport Press. Isabel holds a Master's degree in Shakespeare from the University of Birmingham (2021-2022) and a Bachelor's degree from Hamilton College (2017-2021).
