Adrianna Davis

Adrianna Davis has a diverse work experience that spans across various organizations and roles. Adrianna is currently working as a Community Events Specialist at Portland Trail Blazers @ the Rose Quarter since May 2023.

Prior to this, Adrianna held multiple positions at Passion Impact, Inc. from January 2020 to May 2023. Their roles included High School Program Director from March 2022 to May 2023, DEI Committee Chair from June 2020 to May 2023, High School Program Manager from February 2021 to March 2022, and High School Program Coordinator from January 2020 to February 2021.

Before joining Passion Impact, Inc., Adrianna worked at The International School as the Global Kids Extended-day Program Coordinator from August 2018 to October 2019.

Adrianna also gained experience as an Assistant Site Coordinator at arc from October 2017 to May 2018.

Adrianna started their career as a PROMISE Intern at Oregon State University from June 2017 to August 2017. Adrianna then served as the Leadership Liaison for SOL from March 2016 to June 2017, and as the Leadership Liaison/Peer Facilitator from September 2014 to August 2016.

Through their work experience, Adrianna has developed expertise in community events coordination, program management, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and leadership facilitation.

Adrianna Davis graduated from Oregon State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology. During their time at the university, they also pursued studies in Microbiology, General and obtained a second Bachelor of Science degree in the same year.

In addition to their formal education, Adrianna has obtained various certifications. In May 2021, they received a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. In December 2022, they completed a course on Growth Mindset for Leadership and Organizations offered by Udemy. Most recently, in April 2023, Adrianna obtained a certification in Exploring AI and ChatGPT: Impact and Possibilities from the University of South Florida.
