Andrea Z. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andrea is currently serving as the SVP of Operations at Portland Trail Blazers @ the Rose Quarter. Prior to this role, they were the Chief Member at Chief, a leadership network for women. Andrea also held the position of Global Vice President of Studio Operations, Experience and Facilities and GM of Studios at Peloton Interactive.

Andrea has extensive experience in guest experience and operations, having served as the Vice President of Guest Experience and Operations at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. Andrea also worked as the Senior Director of Fan Experience at Milwaukee Bucks Inc. and as the Director of Sales and Marketing at The Iron Horse Hotel.

Before transitioning into the sports and hospitality industry, Andrea started their career in finance at Merrill Lynch. Andrea also gained experience in Sales and Marketing/Operations at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.

Andrea Z. attended the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point where they studied Political Science and Government. Andrea obtained several certifications including a Certified Special Needs Financial Advisor in September 2011, a Series 66 Finance License in August 2011, a Wisconsin Life and Health Insurance License in August 2011, and a Series 7 Finance License in July 2011.
