Erin Harville, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Erin currently serves as the Brand Marketing Manager at the Portland Trail Blazers @ the Rose Quarter, where they collaborate with various departments to make data-informed decisions and create cohesive marketing plans. Erin also plans and executes brand campaigns and event activations.

Prior to this, Erin was the Creative Director for the Women's National Football Conference (WNFC), where they showcased their creative skills. Erin is also the Co-Founder and CEO of PowHER PlayHER, an NIL platform for female student-athletes, aiming to amplify their voices in sports and foster mutually beneficial relationships between talent and opportunity.

Erin has also worked in the University of Oregon Athletic Department as a Graphic Design Graduate Assistant and Creative Services Assistant. During their time there, they contributed to the design and development of creative materials for various sports programs, and provided artistic direction for photoshoots. Additionally, they worked as a Content Creator for INFLCR, contributing to content creation initiatives.

Before that, Erin worked at the University of Kentucky Athletics as a Creative Services Specialist and Student Intern. Erin led the design and development of creative materials for multiple sports programs and collaborated with various departments to generate creative content. Erin also trained and mentored interns during their tenure.

Erin's career journey also led their to serve as a Graphic Artist for the Midwest Region of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
