Frannie C. has a diverse work experience history. In 2013, they worked as a National Intern at Friends of the Children, where they collaborated with the senior management team to develop a tool for tracking prospective funders and conducted research to identify new potential sources of grant funding. In 2014, they interned at London Youth and also worked as a National Intern at Friends of the Children, where they continued their research on prospective funders and created detailed profiles of potential funders. In 2015, they joined the Portland Trail Blazers @ the Rose Quarter and started as a People & Culture Intern, contributing to the employment branding strategy and developing a digital recruiting strategy. Frannie then became a People & Culture Coordinator, responsible for improving the new hire processes. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Marketing Production Coordinator, and in 2019, they were promoted to Brand Strategy Production Manager.
Frannie C. completed their high school education at St. Mary's Academy from 2007 to 2011, earning a High School Diploma. Frannie then pursued higher education at Santa Clara University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology.
