Kathleen Elisabeth Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kathleen Elisabeth currently serves as a CRM Administrator at Portland Trail Blazers @ the Rose Quarter, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at International Sports Management, Inc. from February 2020 to October 2022, serving as a Salesforce Administrator, Executive Assistant, and Office Manager. In 2019, Kathleen worked as a Special Project Coordinator at Lovejoy Advisors, LLC from August to March, and also served as a Bus Autodetect Intern at Tektronix from June to September.

Additionally, Kathleen has experience in the retail sector, having worked at Nike as an Athlete from April 2016 to June 2019. Kathleen Elisabeth provided product knowledge and seamless customer experiences in both online and in-store settings.

Before joining Nike, Kathleen worked as a Drama Usher at University of Portland Mago Hunt Theater from August 2015 to April 2018, ensuring the safety of patrons and maintaining a welcoming environment. Kathleen Elisabeth also served as a Summer School Project Coordinator at Asian Women's Resource Center in June to August 2015, creating an engaging learning environment for their class. Prior to that, they gained political involvement as a High School Fellow for the San Francisco Democratic Party from June to October 2014, explaining the voting process and registering voters.

In 2011, Kathleen briefly worked as an Academic Tutor, assisting a student with math and reading skills.

Kathleen Elisabeth Smith attended the University of Portland from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science.
