Michael Betts is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in public and private event sales and management across live sports, entertainment, city government, and the arts. Currently serving as the Director of Booking and Events for the Portland Trail Blazers at the Rose Quarter, Michael excels in developing and executing sales strategies to maximize event rentals for various facilities. Previous roles include Sr Manager of Booking & Event Development at the Portland Trail Blazers, Special Events Manager at Pacific Northwest College of Art, and Director of Volunteer Services and Special Events for the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Design and an advanced degree in Venue Management.
