Molly Danielson

Molly Danielson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Molly is currently working at Portland Trail Blazers @ the Rose Quarter as a Season Sales Account Executive, a role they started in July 2023. Prior to this, they were an Account Executive at the same company from November 2022 to July 2023.

In 2022, Molly worked at Rebound All-Stars as a Special Event Coordinator. Their responsibilities included organizing and managing the women's first-ever WNBL All-Star event, coordinating over 20 athletes, and managing special events. Molly was also the lead organizer of the live stream team and performed tasks such as pre-event preparation and sideline reporting.

From 2021 to 2022, Molly worked at Team Solent Kestrels Club in multiple roles. As a Sponsorship Coordinator, they sought and secured sponsorships for the women's division one program and managed relationships with sponsors. Molly also organized activation events to promote sponsors. Additionally, Molly served as a Sports Commentator Lead for the NBL 4x Champions, providing play-by-play commentary and delivering professional streams.

Prior to that, Molly worked at P3 Adaptive as a Support Specialist from 2020 to 2021. Their responsibilities included assisting the Operations and Sales Manager, handling client services, and engaging in data analytics. Molly also gained experience with BI tools such as PowerPivot and Power BI.

In 2021, Molly served as the Head Girls JV Basketball Coach at Valley Catholic School & SSMO Campus. Molly instructed beginner players and achieved a winning record for the team.

From 2016 to 2020, Molly worked at Linfield College in various roles. Molly served as a Special Assistant to the Athletic Director, performing administrative tasks and being involved in sports information activities. Molly also worked as a Sports Information Assistant and Resident Assistant during their time at the college.

Molly has demonstrated leadership skills as the Co-President of the NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee from 2018 to 2020. Molly was responsible for revamping the committee and achieving goals such as organizing an all student-athlete award ceremony with sponsorship support.

Molly also contributed to the fundraising efforts of Linfield Women's Basketball as the Head Fundraiser Coordinator from 2017 to 2020. Molly created and designed "The Wildcat Challenge" fundraiser that helped raise money for the program.

Molly gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern at Adventure Wagon in 2017. Molly took on miscellaneous tasks and headed a project to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Molly Danielson pursued their undergraduate education in Sports Management from 2016 to 2019 at Linfield University. After completing their Bachelor of Arts degree, they continued their educational journey at Solent University from 2021 to 2022, where they pursued a Masters degree in Sport Management.
