Rachelle Allison

Rachelle Allison has extensive experience in guest experience and event management within the sports and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Guest Experience Manager for the Portland Trail Blazers since September 2022, Rachelle previously held roles with the San Diego Padres as Guest Experience Coordinator and Assistant, where responsibilities included supporting a large event staff and managing administrative tasks. Other notable positions include Guest Service Agent at Pacific Terrace Hotel, Event Management & Marketing Coordinator at GEM - Gaslamp Event Management, Inc., and Guest Experience Representative for the Las Vegas Raiders. Rachelle’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from UC San Diego, complemented by an Associates Degree in Communication Studies from Clovis Community College.
