Sydney Tran

Sydney Tran's work experience begins with their current role as a Data Analyst at the Portland Trail Blazers @ the Rose Quarter, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ross Stores, Inc. from September 2018 to May 2022, where they held the position of Assistant Store Manager. In 2021, Sydney attended General Assembly's Data Science Immersive program from August 2021 to February 2022. Sydney previously interned at Ross Stores, Inc. as a Retail Leader Intern in 2017, where they learned about business operations and presented a solo store assessment to senior leadership. Sydney'searliest work experience was as part of the Disney College Program at Walt Disney World from February 2016 to August 2016.

Sydney Tran has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Operations and Business Analytics, from the University of Oregon. Sydney attended the university from 2014 to 2018. In 2021 and 2022, they pursued a Certificate in Data Science from General Assembly. Sydney also holds additional certifications, including a Data Science Immersive certificate from General Assembly obtained in March 2022, and a Disney College & International Program Internship certificate from The Walt Disney Company obtained in August 2016.
