Windsor Barragan

Windsor Barragan currently serves as Facility Manager for the Portland Trail Blazers at the Rose Quarter since August 2023, previously holding the position of Assistant Facilities Manager. Prior to this role, Windsor worked as a Facilities Coordinator at New Relic, Inc. from July 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities included collaborating with building maintenance on HVAC and facilities issues, as well as managing Zendesk tickets.
