Brad Bowen

Brad Bowen is an experienced hockey professional with a diverse background in coaching, operations, and scouting. Currently serving as an Associate at Norton Sports Management since July 2014, Brad has also been the Director of Hockey Operations at Yale Hockey Academy since 2006, where the focus is on high-performance training and character development. Additionally, Brad is the Head Coach for the Yale Hockey Academy U18 Lions and has been involved with the Vancouver Selects AAA Hockey Association as President since 1986. Brad's entrepreneurial spirit is reflected in the founding of BO Knows Hockey Ltd. in 2006, after over 28 years of working in hockey schools. Brad has held regional scouting positions with the Portland Winterhawks Hockey Club and previously with the New York Islanders. A graduate of Trinity Western University with a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching, Brad’s extensive experience contributes to the development of elite hockey players.
