Timothy John Bacay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ticket operations and customer service within the sports industry. Currently serving as the Director of Ticket Operations, Sales & Service at the Portland Winterhawks Hockey Club since August 2023, Timothy oversees all aspects of game event management, ticket inventory, and revenue collection. Timothy has also held positions at MODERN URGENT CARE INC. as a Clinical Documentation Specialist, ensuring compliance with medical claims submissions, and at the San Diego Padres as a Ticket Operations Agent, where leadership was demonstrated by supervising ticket sellers and enhancing the customer experience.
