Arial Muesing has extensive experience in ticketing and customer service within the performing arts sector. Currently serving as a Ticket Intern for the Portland Trail Blazers, Arial has pioneered ticketing operations using the Tixr platform and actively promotes the Remix brand while enhancing customer relations. Previous roles include a Ticket Seller at Portland'5 Centers for the Arts, showcasing professionalism in handling diverse clientele, and a Patron Services Representative for the Oregon Symphony, where Arial built strong customer relationships and created training resources. Earlier experience as a Customer Relations Representative for the New York Philharmonic involved managing high-value transactions and fostering repeat business. Arial holds a Master's degree in Music Composition and a Bachelor's degree in Music Composition from the New England Conservatory of Music, along with additional training from the Flatiron School.
