Karen Rathje

Karen Rathje has extensive experience in arts management and theater production, with roles such as Managing Director at The Actors Conservatory and Portland Shakespeare Project. Currently, as the Guest Services Manager at Portland'5 Centers for the Arts, Karen oversees guest services and ensures a positive experience for all patrons. Prior to this role, Karen served as the Director of Education & Audience/ArtsHub Services at Artists Repertory Theatre.
