Jon Harmon

Jon Harmon is currently the Senior Vice President of Development at PORTMAN, a role held since May 2025, where responsibilities include formulating strategies and executing new class A industrial developments in Texas. Prior to this position, Jon served as Vice President of Capital Deployment and Leasing at IDI Logistics from November 2017 to May 2025, overseeing the full cycle of development and managing multiple Texas markets. Jon also held the position of Vice President of Asset Management at IDI Logistics, where asset management was focused on approximately 8.4 million square feet of industrial space. Earlier experience includes Vice President of Asset Management and Senior Asset Manager at Sealy & Company, where strategic planning aimed at increasing real estate values. Jon's career began as an Asset Management Analyst at Creek Meadows Properties and as a Credit Analyst at Inwood National Bank. Jon holds a Master's in Real Estate from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's in Finance from LSU Shreveport.
