Juliet Chen

Juliet Chen has worked in the software quality assurance field since 2016. Juliet began as a Technical Lead at Dena Technologies Inc. where they developed SQA plans and executed SQA key activities through process quality and version quality. In 2020, they joined Portnox as Director Software Quality Assurance, managing several technical test teams of 20+ test engineers and SDETs located in the U.S. and offshore.

Juliet Chen completed their Bachelor of Information Management from Wuhan University in 2008, majoring in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. Juliet then went on to pursue a Master of Computer Information Technology from The University of British Columbia in 2011, studying in the Department of Computer Science.
