Silvia Deng

Silvia Deng has worked in the software quality assurance field since 2016. In that time, they have held two positions. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Quality Assurance Engineer at MacroHealth, where they developed SQA plans and executed SQA key activities. In 2020, they moved to Portnox, where they currently serve as Director of Software Quality Assurance. In this role, they oversee and manages manual and automated testing and release activities for multiple QA product teams.

Silvia Deng completed their Bachelor of Information Management at Wuhan University in 2008, with a focus in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. Silvia then went on to pursue a Master of Computer Information Technology at The University of British Columbia, which they completed in 2011 in the Department of Computer Science.
