Aurelio Ferreira

Aurelio Ferreira is an experienced Agile Master with a strong background in digital transformation and agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Agile Master at Porto since April 2023, Aurelio provides support to teams in the company's digital transformation journey. Prior experience includes roles at Hiflex Group, where Aurelio was a Senior Agile Master and Squad Leader for clients such as Porto and Fiserv, actively contributing to agile governance and team capacity building. Additionally, Aurelio engages in volunteer work as an Agile Coach and Mentor for SouJunior Labs, assisting early-career professionals. Previous positions at NEC Brasil and MBM Solutions involved consulting in agile practices, project management, and ERP implementation, building a solid foundation in systems analysis and development. Aurelio holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from UNISAL, completed in 2012.
