Pedro Luiz Cerize

Pedro Luiz Cerize graduated with honors in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo (FGV/SP) and earned an MBA in Finance from IBMEC – Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais. He worked at Corretora Socopa, Banco Fator and Banco BBA Creditanstalt. He is a founding partner and co-manager of Skopos Investimentos Ltda. He is currently an independent member of the Company’s Board of Directors, where he has been serving since March 2008. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Companhia de Gás de São Paulo – Comgás and PDG Realty S.A. Empreendimentos.
