Michael Naccache has extensive experience in retail management and sales. Michael is currently working at Portobello S.p.A. as the Retail Manager and Sales Director Italia, a role they started in September 2021. Before that, they worked at MINISOLife as the Retail Manager and Sales Director Italia, overseeing all aspects of retail management and sales strategies from August 2020 to September 2021. From January 2019 to September 2021, they were the Retail Manager and Sales Director Worldwide at CLASS, where they were responsible for maximizing results, expanding the brand, and leading a team. Prior to that, Michael worked as the International Area Retail Manager Yamamay at Inticom spa, where they focused on international management and development of the Yamamay brand. Michael also worked at Calzedonia Group as the Area Retail Manager Senior APAC Hong Kong and later as a District Manager, playing a central role in the growth and expansion of the brand's network. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Manager at Vanja S.R.L., where they managed all aspects of a boutique for women. Michael also has experience as a Consulente immobiliare at Gruppo Toscano S.p.A. and as a Collaboratore esterno at UGEI.
Michael Naccache completed their Laurea triennale in Economia e Management from Luiss Guido Carli University. Michael pursued further education by obtaining a Master's degree in Leadership and Community Management from YEUD. In addition to their academic qualifications, Michael also obtained a certification in English from the British Council in March 2014.
