Matthew Cimon is a seasoned professional with experience in various industries, including bakery brands and capital markets. Currently serving as the President and Chief Financial Officer at Portofino Bakery, Matthew is also a Co-Founder at Bond Bakery Brands Ltd. Prior to this, Matthew worked at Northern Waters Capital as a Strategic Advisor and at CIBC Capital Markets in Investment Banking. With a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, Matthew also has experience in institutional equity sales at M Partners Inc.
