Susan Haseltine has had a long career in the IT field. Susan began their career in 1982 as a Purchasing Agent at Big 4 Rents, Inc. Susan then moved on to Crocker Networking Solutions in 1998, where they worked as a Senior Field Engineer, focusing on network connectivity issues and training and supporting system users. In 2004, they joined Northern California Medical Associates, Inc. as an IT Manager, overseeing a team of Information Systems Support Technicians in the delivery of IT functions for end users. Currently, they are an IT Service Manager at Portola Systems, Inc., where they have been since 2021.

Susan Haseltine has attended Empire College, where they studied Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Susan has also attended Santa Rosa Junior College, where they studied Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management. Susan also holds a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) #2922915 from Microsoft.
