Elena Pavlovskaya

Elena Pavlovskaya has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Elena began their career as a QA Engineer at Ellipse Solutions, followed by a Software Consultant and QA Engineer role at UNISIM-SOFT SRL from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Determine as a Product Manager, QA Engineer, and Quality Assurance Specialist. From 2015 to 2020, they worked as a Product Manager at Model N and Heally, where they set up end-to-end product features delivery, combined customer requests into product features, and managed development teams. In 2020, they began working as a Tutor of Emotional Intelligence at EI Trainer, and in 2022 they will become Co-Founder of Product Management Community Moldova and a Product Manager at Portside.

Elena Pavlovskaya has a diverse educational background. Elena obtained a higher education in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Universitatea de Stat din Moldova from 2006 to 2009. Elena then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Business, Marketing Management from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova from 2009 to 2011. In addition, they have obtained numerous certifications, including a Tutor of Emotional Intelligence Development from the European Association of Cultural and Emotional Intelligence Projects (EACEIP) in 2021, PMC Level II from Pragmatic Institute in 2020, Emotional Intelligence Practitioner from the Complementary Therapists Accredited Association (CTAA) in 2020, an Introduction to Consumer Neuroscience & Neuromarketing from Coursera in 2019, Data-driven product management by GoPractice! Simulator from GoPractice, Inc in 2019, Software Processes and Agile Practices from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016, Introduction to Software Product Management from Coursera Course Certificates in 2015, Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in 2014, Pragmatic Product Management from Pragmatic Marketing in 2013, Microsoft Dynamics AX Trade & Logistics from Microsoft in 2008, Advanced Google Analytics from Google in 2019, and Google Analytics for Beginners from Google in 2019.
