Tatiana G. has over four years of experience in technical recruitment. Tatiana began their career in 2018 as a Technical Recruiter at Daxx Software Development Teams in Ukraine. In 2022, they moved to Portside, where they currently serve as a Senior Technical Recruiter. At Portside, they are responsible for developing a modern, cloud-based operating system for business aviation.

Tatiana G. completed a Bachelor's degree in HR manager from Kyiv national university of trade and economics (KNUTE) from 2013 to 2017. Tatiana then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Public administration from the same university from 2017 to 2018.
