Luis M. Cunha

Luis M. Cunha serves as an Associate Professor with tenure at the Department of Geosciences, Environment and Planning at Universidade do Porto since September 2005. As an integrated researcher and member of the Setting-up Committee at GreenUPorto, research focus centers on Processing, Valorisation, Consumption, and Human Nutrition. Cunha is the founder and co-owner of Sense Test, Lda, and acts as an Academic Mentor for Portugal Bugs - Sustainable Solutions. Cunha has previously held roles at REQUIMTE - Laboratório Associado, University Fernando Pessoa, University College Cork, Escola Superior de Biotecnologia - UCP, and Unilever. Academic credentials include a PhD in Biotechnology from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a BSc in Food Engineering.
