Ana Caetano has extensive experience in sports management and human resources, currently serving as the Team Manager of the Women's Football National Teams at FPF - Federação Portuguesa de Futebol since December 2000. In addition to this role, Ana holds the position of Match Delegate for UEFA since November 2013 and was a member of UEFA's Women's Committee from August 2009 to February 2013. Previous professional experience includes responsibilities in human resources at Hotel Mundial and organizational methods at Fidelidade Mundial, as well as managing training programs for unemployed individuals at IG Forma, Lda. Ana holds a Master's degree in Sports Management from Faculdade de Motricidade Humana and a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
