Dr. Hakan Ozkara

Dr. Hakan Ozkara has extensive work experience in the field of technology and software development. Dr. Hakan is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at PORTX INC, where they are responsible for overseeing the technology strategies of the company. Prior to this, they founded AIQ Technology and served as its CTO.

Dr. Ozkara also has experience in the education sector, having worked as a part-time instructor at Boğaziçi University and Istanbul Kultur University.

Dr. Hakan Ozkara completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management Information Systems, General at Boğaziçi University. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance, General at Istanbul Kultur University. Dr. Ozkara then went on to earn their Ph.D. in Management, with a specialization in Corporate Finance, also at Istanbul Kultur University. Dr. Hakan obtained their Ph.D. certification in November 2018 from Istanbul Kultur University.
