Joseph Paparo

Joseph holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, obtained between 1995 and 1998, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from The College of New Jersey, earned from 1991 to 1995.
