Tripti (Tina) Mandal is the Director of Operations at POS Central since August 2015. She has successfully managed operations for numerous high-profile clients such as Retail Apparel Group, Uber Eats, Smartways, and Trek Bikes, achieving significant reductions in shipping and installation times, improvements in service response times, and consistently meeting stock availability targets. With a strong educational background in business and management, including an MBA in Business Administration, Tripti brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Additionally, she holds certifications in equity and derivative trading, stock market and trading, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
