Jerry H. is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and business transformation. As President and CEO of Structured Sys since May 2021, Jerry leads a team of experienced C-level executives and technologists in designing and delivering complex business solutions, focusing on organizational transformations and enhancing IT services. Previously, as Chief Information Officer at TMX Finance Family of Companies from August 2017 to May 2021, Jerry successfully improved organizational culture and experiences within the information services sector. Jerry also served as SVP and Head of Information Services at First American Payment Systems and held the role of Vice President of Information Technology at Populus Financial Group, managing key financial software and transaction systems. In addition to owning and operating an upscale salon, Jerry's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Henderson State University.
