Arbaayah Ibrahim

Arbaayah Ibrahim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT service management, governance, and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Head of Architecture and Governance at Pos Logistics Berhad since October 2024, Arbaayah previously held senior roles at Pos Malaysia Berhad, focusing on IT project management and governance from August 2018 to December 2024. Arbaayah's career also includes significant positions at Utusan Melayu (M) Bhd, where responsibilities included managing server and storage technologies, and various roles at Asia Online Utusan Sdn. Bhd. in web development. Arbaayah holds a Master of Business Administration from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Northern University of Malaysia.
