Se Se Ramdan

Ramdan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. RAMDAN, SE started their career as a Staff at Multi Bina Pura International in 1999 and later worked as the Head of Operations at Rian Trans Hutama PT in 2003. RAMDAN, SE then joined LG Electronics Indonesia as the Unit Head of sales support group in the SCM division, where they managed shipment plans and logistics for refrigerator exports to various regions. In 2014, they moved to Pantos Logistics as the Team Head for their 3PL customer LG Tangerang division. RAMDAN, SE was responsible for handling and controlling all sales orders, warehouse operations, and ensuring on-time delivery. After their tenure at Pantos Logistics, Ramdan joined PT. Jaya Ekspress Transindo (JX) as an Assistant Operations Manager, managing e-commerce delivery operations and fleet management. RAMDAN, SE further enriched their experience by working as a Pool Operations Manager at PT lintas Lima Benua, where they managed the fleet and driver operations for trucking services. Ramdan then joined PT. Transportasi Inti Lautan Logistik Indonesia as an Operations Manager, where they managed export operations, procurement, and sourcing for raw materials. Currently, Ramdan serves as an Operations Manager at PT Pos Logistik Indonesia and is responsible for costing, solution design, smooth operations, and revenue management.

Ramdan, SE SE has a Bachelor's degree in Transportation/Mobility Management from STIE Kampus Ungu AMI ASMI, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma of Education in Ketatalaksanaan Pelayara Niaga from Akademi Maritim Indonesia Jakarta, from 1996 to 1999.

In terms of additional certifications, Ramdan obtained ISO 18001-2007 environmental, health and safety certification from TÜV Rheinland Asia in March 2012. RAMDAN, SE also obtained ISO 9001-2008 Quality management system certification from the same institution in February 2012. Furthermore, they received training in the Toyota Production System from LG Electronics in March 2006.

Additionally, Ramdan has mentioned two more certifications, namely "Effective supply chain management for improving profit" from Neville Clarke and "Negotiation skill" from LG Electronics. However, the details regarding the months and years of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
