Mark Fitzgerald

Mark Fitzgerald is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and e-commerce management. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and VP of Commerce at POS Supply Solutions since August 2016, Mark leads process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiencies and profitability while leveraging performance metrics for strategic decision-making. Prior roles include Service Delivery Executive at SAP Hybris, where Mark supported Fortune 100 companies in achieving their e-commerce objectives, and e-Commerce Practice Director at eComm Advisor, where Mark founded and led a successful consulting practice. Earlier experience includes co-founding Grapevinehill.com, overseeing operational scaling and employee development, and roles in QA engineering and systems analysis at various organizations. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics from Gordon College.
