Claire Koechlein

Claire Koechlein's work experience began in 2009 with roles at Procter & Gamble and Carnegie Mellon University. Claire then moved on to the University of California San Diego in 2011 as a PhD Candidate. In 2017, they transitioned to Poseida Therapeutics, Inc. where they held various positions including Research Scientist, Senior Scientist, Associate Director, and Director in the field of gene therapy.

Claire Koechlein earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences and Chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University in 2011. Claire continued their education at UC San Diego, where they completed a PhD in Biomedical Sciences in 2016. In 2022, Claire obtained a MicroMBA certification from the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management.
