Kathy Sianis, MBA

Kathy Sianis, MBA has a wealth of experience in the financial services industry. Kathy began their career in 2002 as SVP Sales and Marketing at CU Member Lending. In 2007, they moved to Addison Avenue Credit Union as National Director of Retail Operations and Business Development. Kathy then served as Vice President of Retail Operations and Business Development at Partner Colorado Credit Union from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at Robins Financial Credit Union as Vice President of Retail Services and Operations. In 2019, they joined Avtex Solutions, LLC as Client Management/Consultant (FinTech). Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed SVP/Chief Member Experience Officer at USF Federal Credit Union. Kathy is currently Head of Client Strategy at Posh Technologies, a position they have held since 2022.

Kathy Sianis holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Bachelor of Science from the same institution in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
