Keven Duran

Keven Duran is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations, product management, and community engagement across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Community at POSH since March 2024, Keven also consults for innovative early-stage startups in the US and LATAM through Duran Consulting. Prior experience includes leading the Latin American team at Reddit as Head of Consumer Operations and co-founding Lyte, where efforts helped raise $6 million for a portable phone bank charging network. Additional roles include Product Launch Manager at CLEAR, General Manager for Latin America Expansion at Lime, Country Launcher for Mobike, and Public Policy and Civic Engagement Deputy in the City of Los Angeles. Keven Duran holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Occidental College.
