Sushme Gunalan

Sushme Gunalan is an experienced professional in the fields of video production, visual direction, and sound design. Currently serving as Lead Video Producer and Visual Director at Posha (formerly Nymble) since June 2022, Sushme has also held positions at the Bahuarwa Foundation in social media marketing and at the Arts and Humanities Research Council as a sound designer for a project addressing gender-based violence in India. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Director at Ramoji Film City, Assistant Editor at Annapurna Studios, and Advertising Coordinator at THT BIO-SCIENCE. Sushme holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Photographic Arts from Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology and a High School Diploma from Delhi Public School.
