Lisa Dippel, PHR, SHRM-CP has worked in various roles in human resources. Lisa started their career at Charmer Industries, Inc. as a Human Resources Support from February 2004 to September 2006. Lisa then moved on to The First National Bank of Long Island, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist from September 2006 to March 2010, and later as a Senior Human Resources Generalist from January 2009 to March 2010. In 2010, Lisa joined Posillico as a Human Resources Manager, and quickly rose to the positions of Director of Human Resources and Vice President of Human Resources. At Posillico, they were responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources Function. Additionally, Lisa served as an Executive Board Member at SHRM Long Island starting from January 2013.
Lisa Dippel, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse education history. In 1998, they completed their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree at Nassau Community College. Lisa then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Services at the University of Connecticut from 2001 to 2002.
