Victor M. Ramos, PE, CCM, Assoc DBIA, serves as a Project Executive at Posillico Civil, Inc. since March 2023 and has previously held the role of Senior Project Manager at Elgen Manufacturing Company, INC, where responsibilities included establishing a new mechanical division and collaborating with sales staff to provide technical design solutions. Prior to that, Ramos worked as a Business Development Engineer & Estimator at RCC Fabricators, Inc., focusing on client relationships and project estimating for steel fabrication. From October 1998 to February 2020, Ramos was the Owner and President of J. Blanco Associates, Inc., leading a niche design firm in metal and steel engineering while significantly expanding the team and services offered. Ramos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
