Kaia Cooper

Kaia Cooper is a skilled professional currently serving as a Culture and Engagement Specialist and Executive Assistant at Posit PBC since July 2021. With a background in people operations, Kaia held various positions at Northeastern University, including Peer Mentor and Resident Assistant, where responsibilities included fostering a supportive community for first-year students and assisting in their transition during the pandemic. Previous experience also includes a Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development Co-op at Eaton Vance and a Recruiting and Onboarding role at RStudio PBC, where Kaia developed efficient onboarding processes and produced a digital ad campaign.
