Jess Deugan

Jess Deugan is an experienced artist and designer, having operated Jess Deugan Art + Design since 2007, where services include branding, product design, and client relationship management. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Assistant and Event Manager at Mercer Advisors since 2018, responsibilities include managing complex calendars for executive leadership, overseeing travel logistics, and coordinating corporate events. Previous roles include key contributions during the relocation of corporate headquarters, along with administrative positions at EnCon Companies and Boa Technology. Jess also gained valuable experience through internships at Landor and Hornall Anderson, focusing on graphic design and brand research. Jess holds a degree in Visual Communications, Design + Branding from the Art Institute of Seattle.
