Timothy Keyes is currently a Data Scientist focused on AI/ML at Stanford Health Care and serves as a Data Science Mentor for Posit PBC, leading instructional efforts in R and Python. As an MD/PhD student at Stanford University School of Medicine, Timothy studies cancer biology and biomedical data science, utilizing machine learning for single-cell data analysis in pediatric leukemia research. Previous experience includes a Graduate Student Internship at Genentech, where Timothy co-developed an algorithm for cancer transcription factor network analysis and automated data processing pipelines, as well as a Research Technician role at the University of Virginia Health System.
